Ingredients: Milk proteins ; egg white powder ; wheat flour (gluten) ; cocoa powder (4,5%) (sunflower lecithin) ; flavours ; raising agents : sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate ; acidity regulator : calcium carbonate. Allergens: Contains milk, egg and gluten (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes soy.

Instructions:

1 – Empty one packet into a bowl.
2 – Add slowly 50 to 60 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve.
3 – Let stand for 1 to 3 minutes.
4 – Put a non-adhesive pan into heat and humidify it with an oil drop.
5 – Pour your mix (or just half if you want 2 pancakes) into the hot pan and cook it over a fast heat on both sides during about 1 minute.
6 – Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
