List of ingredients : Protein blend (milk proteins, vegetable proteins (soy, gluten), egg white powder); tomato powder (11,5%); flavours; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium alginate; maltodextrin; polydextrose; oligofructose (chicory root extract); herbs; salt; onion powder; textured soy flour (soy); yeast extract; garlic powder; acidity correcting agent: trisodium phosphate; raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; anti-caking: magnesium carbonate. Allergens : Contains soy, egg, gluten and milk (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, sulfites and celery.
Instructions :
1 - For packet “pizza dough”:
A- Heat up your traditional oven at 205°C / Thermostat 6 or 7 (Nb: temperature to respect strictly). B- Empty one packet in a bowl. Add 40 mL of cold water. Mix until well dissolve.
C- Spread the pizza dough (in a circular and uniform way) with a spatula on the oven plaque beforehand covered with greaseproof paper and cook at 205°C during 10 to 15 minutes.
D- Take off the oven and let stand 2 or 3 minutes.
2 - For packet “pizza sauce”:
A- Empty contents of one packet “pizza sauce” into a small bowl. B- Add 40 to 50 mL of warm water and stir until homogeneous.
3 - Spread the sauce on the dough and consume in the 10 followings minutes.
