In order to reward our most loyal customers, the loyalty program consists of a collection of points that allows you to benefit from discounts on your orders.

You can collect points for each online order. The points will be accumulated once the actual payment is made.

Conditions to earn my points

You start collecting points as soon as you have spent 100€ on the site, according to the following model:

  • 1 euro spent = 1 point = 0,05€ discount
  • You can transform your points into 5% discount coupons on your orders.
  • Points are valid for 90 days.

How to use my points and get a voucher

  • Log in to your customer account, and access your reward account,
  • Identify eligible orders,
  • Generate a coupon from your customer account.

In the event of a refund request or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Company reserves the right to deduct the amount of points credited to the order for which the refund is requested.
