Instant high protein mix for lemon flavoured pancake. Low sugar, no added sugar.
Energy intake of proteins > 20%. Serving size : 1 packet 28 g.

Ingredients : Milk proteins ; egg white powder ; wheat flour (gluten) ; flavours (soy) ; thickeners : microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose ; raising agent : sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate ; acidity regulator : calcium carbonate ; colour : beta-carotene. Allergens: Contains milk, egg, soy and gluten (see in bold).

Instructions :

Empty one packet into a bowl.
Add 60 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve.
Let stand for 1 to 3 minutes.
Put a non-adhesive pan into heat and humidify it with an oil drop.
Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook it over a fast heat on both sides during about 1 minute.
Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
