Ingredients : Protein blend (milk protein, vegetable protein (soy)); skim milk powder; vegetable oil preparation (coconut oil; inulin; fructooligosaccharide; milk protein; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerids; dipotassium phosphate; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide); flavours (gluten); stabilizer: dipotassium phosphate; salt; acidity regulator: potassium citrate; thickeners: cellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan; sweetener: sucralose; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide; color: beta-carotene. Allergens : Milk, soy and gluten (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, celery, eggs and sulfites.

Instructions : Empty one packet in a bowl. Add slowly 105 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm. Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
