Ready in under 2 minutes, this healthy hot cocoa drink is made with chocolate protein powder in your microwave. This protein hot chocolate is a true delight.

Proteika protein hot chocolate is made with cocoa powder and milk protein powder. It serves up all the chocolatey goodness you’d expect from traditional hot chocolate, with the extra added benefits of protein and no added sugars.

Instant high protein mix chocolate flavoured for hot drink. Low Calorie (94 calories per serving). Gluten free. Low Sugars (< 5 g / 100 g). Source of Fiber (> 3 g / 100 g). Palm oil free.

Ingredients : Milk protein (emulsifier : sunflower lecithin E322) ; cocoa powder (18%) (alkalized with potassium carbonates E501, emulsifier : sunflower lecithin E322) ; skim milk powder ; flavours (milk) ; salt ; emulsifiers : mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, soy lecithin E322 ; malt extract ; sweetener : aspartame E951 (contains phenylalanine source) ; thickener : starch.

Allergens: Contains milk and soy. Manufactured in France on equipment that processes egg.

Recommandations:
Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.

Store in a cool and dry place.

Instructions:

1 – Empty one serving (26,5g of powder) into a bowl.
2 – Add slowly 220 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk until well dissolve.
3 A – Simmer in a saucepan until the whished temperature and without bring to the boil. OR
3 B – Cook the mix in a micro wave oven at maximum heat for 1 minute.
4 – Serve in a big coffee cup and consume in the 10 followings minutes.

If using an electric mixer:

1 – Empty one serving (26,5g of powder) into a mixer and add 220 ml of hot but not boiling water. 2 – Mix for a few seconds until well dissolve.
3 – Serve in a big coffee cup and consume in the 10 followings minutes.
