You will love this smooth and velvety soup. Dietimeal traditional garden pea cream soup is high in protein with real pea powder. This low fat soup comes with 18 grams of protein, just 4.9 of carbohydrates, and only 110 calories per serving.

Ingredients : Proteins blend (milk protein, vegetable proteins (soy) ) ; skimmed milk powder ; pea powder (6,7 %); vegetable oil preparation (refined palm oil ; glucose syrup ; milk proteins ; anti-caking : silicon dioxide); flavours (which smoke flavour) (milk, mustard); salt; thickeners : sodium methylcellulose, xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium alginate, starch ; onion toasted powder; acidity correcting agent : potassium citrate; methionine; colors : beta carotene, caramel; hydrolysed vegetable protein ; garlic
powder. Allergens : Milk, soy, and mustard (see in bold). Manufactured in France on equipment that processes egg, celery and
gluten.

Instructions :

1/ Empty one serving (30 g of powder) into a mix or a bowl.
2/ Add 200 to 230 ml of cold water and mix for 5 to 10 seconds until well dissolve.
3/ Heat the soup.
4/ Add salt and pepper and consume in the 10 followings minutes.
