High-Protein Tomato Cream Soup

Instant high protein mix for tomato cream soup. With only 92 calories, Dietimeal tomato cream is a delicious low calories soup. You will have all these dehydrated tomatoes in your cream soup.

Ingredients : Proteins blend (milk proteins; soy protein); tomato powder (14,1%); thickeners: modified  tapioca starch, guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate, modified cellulose; dehydrated carrots; salt; colors: beet red powder, beta carotene; onion powder; leek powder; flavours; lemon juice powder; green onion; potato powder; dehydrated parsley; anticaking: silicon dioxide; yeast extract; garlic powder; celery extract; pepper; flavours enhancers: disodium inosinate andguanylate. Allergens : Milk, soy and celery (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, gluten, egg and sulfites.

Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day. 
Store in a cool and dry place.

 Instructions : 

1/ Empty one serving (29 g of powder) into a mix or a bowl.

2/ Add 200 to 230 ml of cold water and mix for 5 to 10 seconds until well dissolve.

3/ Heat the soup.

4/ Add salt and pepper and consume in the 10 followings minutes.

If you use an Electric mixer:

1. Empty one packet into amix.
2. Add 200 to 230 ml of hot but not boiling water and mix for 5 to 10 seconds until well dissolve. 3 - Add salt and / or pepper and consume in the 10 followingsminutes.
