The Dietimeal creamy vegetable soup provides a healthy treat for the day. A simple way to get the best protein you want at lunch or dinner for your weight loss program. This Creamy Vegetables Soup provides 18 grams of protein and 27% of your calcium needs for only 110 calories.

Ingredients Milk proteins; vegetable proteins (pea protein isolate; soy protein isolate); dehydrated vegetables (13.7%) (potatoes, carrots, onions, asparagus, red bell peppers, celery, leek, spinach, green onions, garlic); vegetable oil preparation (refined palm oil; glucose syrup; milk protein; stabilizer: pentasodium triphosphate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); flavours (milk); modified corn starch; salt; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium alginate; hydrolyzed vegetable protein; spices; yeast extract; methionine; anti-caking agent: silicium dioxide. Allergens milksoy and celery (see in bold). Manufactured in France on equipment that processes mustard, gluten, egg and sulfites.

Mixing directions : 1/ Empty one serving (30,5 g of powder) into a mix or a bowl. 2/ Add 200 to 230 ml of cold water and mix for 5 to 10 seconds until well dissolve. 3/ Heat the soup. 4/ Add salt and pepper and consume in the 10 followings minutes.
