The Dietimeal Caramel flavoured shake or pudding is a high protein and low Carbohydrate Product. Instead of being a full protein snack product this amazing range is perfect for weight loss plans. One-of-a-kind, low-calorie, coffee protein dessert combination to curb appetite.

Ingredients : Milk proteins ; vegetable fat preparation (refined palm oil ; glucose syrup ; milk protein ; stabiliser : pentasodium triphosphate ; anticaking agent : silicon dioxide) ; flavours (milk) ; thickeners : carboxymethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch ; colours : caramel, beta-carotene ; salt ; sweeteners : aspartam (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfame ; acidity regulator : magnesium oxide ; anticaking agent : silicium dioxide ; emulsifier : soy lecithin. Allergens : Contains milk and soy (see in bold). Manufactured in France on equipment that processes mustard, egg, gluten, celery and sulfites.

Instructions :

Add contents to a mixing bowl.
For a Caramel flavoured pudding slowly add 115ml of cold water whilst stirring until dissolved - refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
For a Caramel Mousse, prepare like a pudding and stir in one egg firmly beaten - refrigerate.
For a Caramel Milk Shake, empty one packet in a mixer or blender, add 220ml cold water and mix or shake. Consume within 10 minutes.
