You can enjoy it as a great tasting Ketogenic diet shake or a creamy high protein pudding. Each packet contains 18 grams of protein and only 88 calories.

Ingredients : Milk protein ; thickeners : carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose ; vegetable fat preparation (refined palm oil ; glucose syrup ; milk protein ; stabiliser : pentasodium triphosphate ; anticaking agent : silicon dioxide) ; flavours ; starch ; sweeteners : aspartam (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfame ; salt ; acidity correcting agent : magnesium oxide ; anticaking agent : silicon dioxide ; exhausted vanilla pods (0,167 %) ; colour : beta-carotene ; emulsifier : soy lecithin. Allergens : Milk and soy (see in bold). Manufactured in France on equipment that processes egg.

Instructions :

Add contents to a mixing bowl.
For a Vanilla Pudding slowly add 115ml of cold water whilst stirring until dissolved - refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
For a Vanilla Mousse, prepare like a pudding and stir in one egg firmly beaten - refrigerate.
For a Vanilla Milk Shake, empty one packet in a mixer or blender, add 220ml cold water and mix or shake. Consume within 10 minutes.
