A balanced breakfast with protein and carbs provides all the great fibre benefits of regular porridge. A breakfast that will keep you satisfied all mornings and keeps hunger in check longer.

Ingredients : Milk proteins (soy) ; rolled oats (gluten) (22 %) ; oat bran (gluten) ; pea protein isolate ; flavours (milk) ; chicory extract ; corn bran ; oat fiber (gluten) ; salt ; sweetener : sucralose. Allergens : Contains milk, soy and gluten (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes egg, mustard, celery and sulfites.

Recommandations :
Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Instructions:

1 – Empty one packet into 160 to 170 ml of boiling water (for micro-wave: empty one packet into a
microwave safe dish and stir in 160 ml of cold water).
2 – Simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally (for micro-wave : cook at medium heat for 1 minute to1
minute 15 secondes. Stir and continue cooking 1 minute).
3 – Remove from heat and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
4 – Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
