Dietimeal strawberry shake or pudding is a satisfying solution for your weight loss plan. In addition, it’s a delicious dessert or mousse. This is a low carb and high protein treat that you can enjoy any time of the day. Each serving will give you 18 g of premium protein and only 97 calories. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients : Milk protein ; vegetable fat preparation (refined palm oil ; glucose syrup ; milk protein ; stabiliser : pentasodium triphosphate ; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide) ; thickeners : carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose ; acidifiers : citric acid, malic acid ; stabiliser : dipotassium phosphate ; salt ; flavours (milk) ; acidity correcting agent : magnesium oxide, potassium citrate ; methionine ; sweeteners : aspartam (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfame ; strawberry powder with pips (0,42 %) ; colours : beet red powder, turmeric extract ; anticaking agent : silicon dioxide ; emulsifier : soy lecithin. Allergens : Milk and soy (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, gluten, celery, eggs and sulfites.

Instructions:

1 - Empty one serving (26 g of powder) into a bowl.
2 A - For a PUDDING : add slowly 115 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
2 B - For a MOUSSE : prepare like a pudding and stir in one white egg firmely beaten. Refrigerate.
2 C - For a MILK SHAKE : empty one serving (26 g of powder) in an electric mixer, add 220 ml of cold water and mix.
3 - Consume in the 10 followings minutes.

Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day.
Store in the original container in a cool and dry place.
